CRAFT FUSION AFRICA
Pan-African initiative to industrialize craftsmanship, structure value chains, and develop exports.
About the initiative
CRAFT FUSION AFRICA is a pan-African initiative led by Sahel Développement aimed at sustainably transforming the craft sector by creating concrete bridges between production, processing, and market access. The project relies on modern and shared Artisanal Industrialization Parks (PIA), a certified quality label (traceability, cultural storytelling, export readiness), a digital marketing platform (B2B & B2C), and technology transfer mechanisms with the establishment of industrial partners. The goal is to accelerate the modernization of artisanal and semi-industrial units, professionalize value chains, and emerge competitive, sustainable, and export-ready African products, while creating massive jobs and significant trade flows.
